At Cotton Candy LA, we want you to love your new look, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window for all eligible items. Please ensure items are unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached to qualify for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your digital return confirmation.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label generated by our portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
